As I was standing in line for a buffet last weekend, I was in an exceptionally positive mood. There were lots of people, most of whom were in their senior years, at least chronilogically.
I took the opportunity to ask each person, standing around me or sitting beside me, to tell me something wise. It was remarkable how people reacted. Most were just pleased to just be noticed.
This got me thinking about my up-coming 20th High School reunion. I had the idea of putting a survey question, of sorts, on a postcard and having classmates answer, either anonymously or not. The question:
"What have you learned in the past 20 years that you wish you would have learned earlier in Life?"
There's something to ponder...
"It is never too late to be what you might have been."
