I do not like to label myself a "Christian". One, I abhor labels of any sort. Two, I think that humanity went wrong when we made a religion out of the man, instead of heeding the message.
Instead, I strive to be "Christ-like". It's funny, one of the first things my Mother told me when I met her was that my Father wanted to name me "Eunice" (ugh). She insisted on the name "Christine" - I see now there was purpose there - the name meaning, "Christ-like". Ha - and to think I never really liked my name!
Jesus represents the highest loving energy in the Universe. I choose to align myself with that energy and I know Jesus of Nazareth to be my Master Teacher.
